Donations
We are proud to partner with local organizations this season. On select dates, you’ll have the option to purchase a fundraising ticket to support the featured organization. Each fundraising ticket includes a $2 donation, and Lakeland Flowers will contribute an additional $3. Together, the organization receives a $5 donation per ticket.

Ticket exchange
If you’ve purchased a ticket but your plans change, you can swap it for a different time slot of equal value using our new ticket exchange page. For example, a weekday ticket can be exchanged for a later weekday time slot, and a weekend ticket can be exchanged for a later weekend time slot. Use the reference number assigned to you after purchasing your tickets, and follow the instructions in your confirmation email.
